Translations at International Summer School

Between July 14 and 21, Grahame Davies was an artist in residence at the University of East Anglia, where he was one of the international writers invited to take part in the Literary Translation Summer School, of the British Centre for Literary Translation, which is based at UEA and which was established by the late German novelst, W.G.('Max') Sebald, who contributed to Grahame Davies's 2002 book The Chosen People. During the week, a team of translators led by Gwen Davies worked on turning a selection of Grahame Davies's poems into English.
